We're seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator II to play a key role in moving products and materials efficiently within our fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll Do:

As a Forklift Operator II, you will safely and accurately move products or materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or dock loaders. You'll interpret production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents to determine what needs to be moved, gathered, or distributed. You'll also record quantities of materials received and shipped, ensuring precise inventory control. Maintaining equipment in a clean and safe condition is part of your routine, along with reporting any service needs. Following safety procedures and operating instructions, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly and safely every day.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory data
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures related to forklift operation
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow company policies and safety instructions precisely

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification for forklift operation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to operate additional warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or dock loaders
• Familiarity with warehouse safety guidelines and best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of professional forklift operation experience in a warehouse or production setting

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be willing to obtain forklift operation certification if not already certified
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
• Stay alert and proactive to maintain a safe working environment
