Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator. - Must have a valid crane operator license/certification. - Excellent knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures. - Ability to read and understand lift plans and diagrams. - Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members. - Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
