Sales/Estimator - Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems opportunity in Chicago, IL! This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales and estimating professional to help drive business across the Greater Chicago market while working on commercial installation, renovation, service, and testing projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales/Estimator - Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems position include: 3-5+ years of commercial fire sprinkler experience, including installation, renovation, service, or testing Previous sales and estimating experience for commercial fire sprinkler projects is required Estimate and sell commercial fire sprinkler projects ranging from $5K to $400K Generate new business through networking, canvassing, relationship building, and lead development Prepare proposals, deliver quotes, and manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion Strong understanding of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25, with NICET certification highly preferred Familiarity with ServiceTrade or similar software, plus knowledge of union environments is a plus Work Monday through Friday, typically 9-5, with a 50/50 split between office and field work within a 30-mile radius of downtown Chicago Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
