The use or possession or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during the contract time is prohibited. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Employer may request to conduct drug and alcohol screening tests if accidents happen or unusual behavior anytime during the contract period. All expenses will be paid by employer.
