Multi Family Commercial Landscaping Foreman

Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of landscape and lawn care tasks, ensuring that properties are pristine, safe, and visually appealing. Primary clients serviced are mutli family properties and some commercial.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain healthy, lush turf.

Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, and lawnmowers with precision and safety.

Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.

Utilize irrigation systems for watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper hydration of plants and lawns.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years landscape experience required

Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping machinery and hand tools to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.

Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions.

Knowledge of tree care techniques including tree trimming, pruning, and health assessment.

Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards.
