PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To assist in maintaining lawns and playgrounds by mowing, edging, fertilizing, seeding, repairing playground equipment and flagpole repair. To repair and overhaul small engines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

Be a high school graduate or hold a GED certificate or have experience in field of work.

Have an acceptable driving record to standards developed by the Department of Public Safety and the Education Agency (10 point system).

Special knowledge/Skills:

Ability to repair and overhaul small engines.

Minimum Experience:

2 years experience in the repair and overhaul of small engines.

Pay Family: 004

Pay Grade: 05

Calendar: 250

Salary: $15.08 minimum hourly rate
