2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Our client is currently hiring for a Machine Operator at their headquarters in Monroe, NJ. This role is primarily focused on the safe and efficient operation of specialized warehouse equipment to manage inventory flow. Role Overview The position focuses on material handling, utilizing heavy machinery for loading/unloading, and the systematic organization of truck and trailer parts. Primary Responsibilities Inventory Intake: Receive materials from suppliers, verify product counts against manifests, and document arrivals. Operational Support: Collaborate with leadership to organize products on high-density racks for maximum fulfillment efficiency. Order Picking: Execute pick tickets to pull and stage material for customer pickup or satellite location transfers. Equipment Operation: Maintain safety standards while operating powered industrial equipment for loading and unloading tasks. Facility Care: Assist with general building maintenance to ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment. Core Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Specialization: 2+ years of experience operating Raymond equipment, specifically: Reach Truck Order Picker (Cherry Picker) Pacer Swing Reach/Turret (preferred) Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
