Looking for a career in Landscape Maintenance in Seattle? Good

I am looking for part time Gardener's assistant that wants to learn the biz.
~Ideally looking for someone that has already invested in some schooling or is currently enrolled in a landscape program.
~Or, someone that has already worked in this sector prefessionally and is looking to build onto their existing experience an see where it goes.
~Duration of working together desired: at least a year. 2 or more years would be ideal. Currently I have employees that have worked for me for 15, 5,4,3 years. Rarely is it full time. Schedules vary from 5-25 hours per week depending on the week.
~I offer flexible scheduling and ask that you can be flexible too. So, how many hours are available depends on how are schedules can bend to match up. Sometimes I need to fill just a 3-4 hour job slot time.Often times that works great for my employess because they need to do something that day personally but also want to get some hours in. Most days range from 5-7.5 hours.
~ Living in Seattle currently works best for this job in terms of hours and locations. A large portion of my clients are in Madison Park, Madrona, Leschi, Cap Hill, Mt. Baker, Columbia City, Sewards Park, Eastlake Houseboats. Other neigborhoods not on a weekly basis: Ballard, Alki.
~Depening on the day we can work from 1-6ish places. They are in the same general neighborhood each day. Most days its 2-3 properties that we show up at do what needs to be done and move on to the next spot.
~Most days its maintenace type work but some days it is doing a big install/project at one place.
~Job duties include: weeding, sweeping, raking, lots of mulching with wheelbarrows and buckets, lots of planting, sometimes litte hardscaping jobs, lawn care and generally assisting and be able to work close to be a second set of hands for a process that I need to direct one step at a time.
~Tools needed to be able to use are pretty much the whole EGO line of battery products. Most regular tool=mower, string trimmer, backpack blower, hedger.
~Need to be strong and relative injury free. Able to work outisde comfortably in all seasons of Seattle.
