REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Possess a valid, active drivers license that is insurable under company insurance requirements
Have reliable transportation to and from work each day
Successfully pass a background check (applicants with certain criminal offenses, including sexual offenses, will not be considered)
Be able to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Bank account for direct deposit payroll
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
Experience with special projects such as mulch installation, sod installation, tree trimming, landscape cleanups, irrigation repairs, and equipment operation

PAY & BENEFITS

Starting salary: $36,000 per year
$2,500 salary increase after 6 months
Additional $2,500 salary increase after 12 months
1 week of paid vacation earned after 6 months
An additional week of paid vacation earned after 12 months (2 weeks total)
10 paid holidays each year
2 additional paid company days off each year
401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 5% beginning August 1, 2026
