Landscape Account Manager

Impact Landscaping and Irrigation is now hiring a full-time commercial landscape account manager.

The Account Manager is the primary contact for our clients to build long-term relationships with property managers, board members, and homeowners. You will also be responsible for overseeing field operations and supervising the production manager and function foreman to ensure the crews are delivering and exceeding all contractual obligations.

Daily duties include:

* Site visits and walkthroughs with customers
* Addressing Property Manager and customer concerns with a resolution
* Ensuring all open work orders are closed on a daily basis
* Creating proposals for landscape enhancements for homeowners and HOA
* Building consultative relationships to ensure contract renewal

Requirements:

* Valid and clean Florida Driver's License
* Minimum of 2 years in management/supervisory position of commercial landscape crew
* Must have plant knowledgeable and be able to identify any issues with plants (pests, disease, or lack of or too much water)
* Must be able to work outside in the Florida heat
* BMP Certification is a plus
* Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
