Handyman Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME

We are looking for a qualified individual for a full time position to conduct general maintenance and handyman work for a commercial property in Gilbert, AZ. This is a full time position, one location, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Pay is $25 to $35 per hour depending on skills and experience. Prefer Bilingual English/Spanish. The ideal candidate must have multiple skill sets such as:
Proficient in general maintenance, repairs, and clean up.
General plumbing repair and installation.
General Electrical repair and installation.
Framing of wall with metal studs, drywall, tape, and compound.
Painting and patching of walls.
Basic preventative maintenance of HVAC systems such as filter change and coil cleaning.
General repair of irrigation system, changing pipes, valves and sprinkler heads.
Light tree trimming.
General cleanup and groundskeeping.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be:

1.Dependable, reliable, and responsible and will show up on time.
2.Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work (preferably a pickup truck).
3.Must have references.
4.Must have proper work documents.
5.Must be able to self manage.
6.Must be able to attend to after hour emergencies, if any.
7.Bilingual English/Spanish
7.Must have at least 4 years of maintenance and handyman experience.
