Lawn Service Crew Leader/Driver - Full time work

We are seeking dependable, motivated, and experienced lawn care and landscape professionals to join our rapidly growing company. We are a full-service lawn care and landscaping company that offers exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include weekly lawn service - mowing, string trimming, edging, hedge and palm trimming, weed spraying, and blowing. **You must have a drivers license and your own vehicle and be willing and able to meet in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers.**

Crew leaders have additional responsibilities. Some of the crew leader's additional responsibilities include:
1. Daily, pre-and-post route truck, trailer, and mower checks
2. Weekly truck, trailer, and mower cleaning
3. Frequent communication with owners throughout the day
4. Adherence not only to all traffic laws but also to responsible driving practices as outlined by owners
5. Taking responsibility for everything that happens on the route

We start work between 7-8am and end when the work is done for the day. There is consideration for heavy rain and storms that may prevent us from completing our work for the day. There will be occasions for working on Saturday as well, so Saturday availability is required. This is NOT a 9am-5pm. Schedule flexibility is required. Must speak English and either be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S and will be asked to provide documentation.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

1. You *must* have a valid U.S. drivers license, have your own vehicle, be able to drive, and have a *clean driving record* with no tickets or at fault accidents. If not, do not apply.

2. Experience. Previous work experience in the lawn care and landscaping industry is required. Commercial experience will receive priority consideration. No lawn service experience? Do not apply.

3. Dependability. The work is consistent, and so is our commitment to serving our clients. Each day, we get the job done regardless of time or hurdles we face. We are closed for Thanksgiving Day and from Christmas Eve through New Years Day. Otherwise, we work.

4. Good Work Ethic. The work environment is outside, very strenuous, and often requires working in extreme weather conditions. You must be fit, healthy, and able to work in extreme heat and occasional light rain. We will not work when there is lightning. We service as many as 40 accounts per day, so you must be able to work quickly and efficiently.

5. Professionalism. We take pride in how we interact with each other and our clients, treating everyone with respect and dignity and maintaining a positive work environment. Smoking and vulgarity while on route will not be tolerated. Negative attitudes will not be tolerated.

6. Speak English. We regularly communicate with clients. The ability to speak and understand English clearly is required.

7. Clean Background. We reserve the right to refuse employment due to criminal history.

1. Mulch, Rock & Hedge Install/refresh/maintenance
2. Flower Bed Install and Maintenance
3. Landscape Design and Install
4. Irrigation Work
5. Sod Installation
