We are currently seeking a Landscape Driver/Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves driving to and from job sites, assisting in landscaping duties, and leading a crew to ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards. Qualifications

3-5 years of proven driving experience with a valid State Drivers license issued 2020 or prior.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Previous landscaping experience.
Ability to operate a truck with a trailer.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive to and from job sites, adhering to all driving and traffic laws.
Assist in all landscaping maintenance duties including plant installation, pruning, weeding, watering, mowing, edging, and mulching.
Operate power tools and equipment such as weed eaters, mowers, blowers, and sprayers.
Follow all procedures and guidelines related to safety and equipment operation.
Perform equipment maintenance tasks as required.
Interact with the public in a friendly, polite, and service-oriented manner when appropriate.
