Requirements for Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader:

A. Valid drivers License

B. Prior landscape experience (min. 1 year)

C. Ability to provide employee eligibility documents

D. Upbeat & positive outlook

E. Ability to lead crew of 1-2 people efficiently and with quality.

F. Full range of motion in upper and lower body

G. Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
H. Punctuality

I. Reliable means of transportation

J. Ability to perform and teach routine tasks such as mowing, edging, mulching, trimming, property cleanups, etc.

K. Ability to perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on daily equipment.

L. Must be able to keep a clean and organized truck.

B. Ability to operate handheld trimmers, walk behind mowers, and backpack blowers.
