• Perform tree climbing and pruning tasks to maintain tree health and aesthetics
• Safely operate and maintain tree care equipment and tools
• Conduct tree removal and respond to emergency storm damage situations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Experience in tree climbing and tree care operations
• Knowledge of tree biology and proper pruning techniques
