Responsibilities

• Support daily material flow operations, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials to meet installation and service schedules while maintaining inventory accuracy and driving continuous improvements
• Monitor material requirements for scheduled orders, track real-time progress against delivery targets, and adjust staffing levels as needed
• Perform and document inventory cycle counts to ensure warehouse accuracy
• Conduct initial investigations into safety and quality incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective and preventive actions
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts to transport materials between receiving, storage, and staging areas
• Prepare outbound materials using proper packaging and handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Partner with Warehouse Managers, Lead Material Handlers, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate records

• Experience using technology such as laptops, handheld scanners, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems preferred
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proven ability to meet performance goals
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, including handling escalations
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts (forklift certification preferred)
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules as needed (no night shift required)
• Valid drivers license required
