This role is for someone who can own a truck, a route, and the result.
We are hiring a Crew Leader to lead one truck and one technician through a daily route with strong pace, clean execution, and real accountability.
Responsible for Lawncare and Landscape installations
This is not just a labor role with a better title. You are responsible for production, standards, and truck readiness.

What youll be doing
Run daily lawn and landscape maintenance routes efficiently
Direct and manage the technician working with you
Execute landscape installs (mulch, plants, etc.)
Keep jobs moving on schedule
Inspect finished work before leaving each property
Drive and operate truck, trailer, and equipment safely
Maintain truck, trailer, tools, and equipment in clean, organized working order
Track and report equipment issues, material needs, and route problems

What youre responsible for
Your route finishing on time
Your properties being done correctly
Your truck being clean, stocked, and organized
Your equipment being maintained and ready
Your technician staying productive and on track
Communicating problems early instead of making excuses later

What we expect
Prior lawn care or landscaping experience
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently
Strong field awareness and time management
