Irrigation Tech & Landscape Maintenance Crew (cross- trained roles)

Frontline Property Services is based in Sarasota and provides commercial property maintenance services throughout Sarasota and the surrounding areas, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and lawn treatment services.

We are hiring for cross-trained roles within our company. Our immediate need is for an Irrigation Technician who can serve as our main irrigation tech, while also being willing and able to assist with landscape maintenance, landscaping, and other property service needs when needed. We would love to find someone with irrigation experience, landscape maintenance experience, organization, and leadership ability who can grow into or support a Lead Foreman role.

This is a good opportunity for someone with experience in irrigation, landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn treatments who wants to expand their skills and grow with a company. This role is for someone who has a clean driver's license and has experience driving for a commercial landscape company.

Irrigation duties include:

-Diagnosing irrigation system issues
-Troubleshooting valves, wiring, timers, controllers, and zones
-Locating and tracking irrigation problems in the field
-Identifying leaks, breaks, dry areas, coverage issues, and pressure problems
-Performing irrigation repairs as needed
-Replacing or repairing heads, nozzles, valves, pipe, wiring, and related components
-Running and checking zones to confirm proper operation
-Communicating repair needs, parts needed, and job status clearly
-Helping prioritize irrigation work and support daily field operations

We are also hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members and looking for future Lead Foremen as we continue to grow.

Landscape Maintenance duties include:

-Mowing
-Blowing
-Trimming
-Edging
-Detail work around commercial properties
-General landscape maintenance
-Supporting crews as needed

We are looking for candidates with:

-Irrigation experience preferred
-Landscape maintenance experience preferred
-Lawn treatment experience is a plus and may lead to additional opportunities
-Leadership or foreman experience is a plus
-Strong work ethic
-Integrity and reliability
-Good communication skills
-Organization and attention to detail
-Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas

As we continue to grow, there may be opportunities to move into lead positions, foreman roles, irrigation, landscaping, lawn treatments, or other areas of the business.

Requirements:

-Clean driving record for the past 3 years
