Experienced Hardscape/Water Feature Installer Temporary Project Based

Cultivating Kindness Landscape & Design is looking for highly skilled and professional hardscape/landscape construction & water feature installers for upcoming project-specific work in the Olympia area.

This is temporary project-based work, but there may be future opportunities for the right person or crew.
We are looking for experienced people who know how to build high-quality outdoor living spaces and can help with detailed residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This particular project & position will last 4 - 6 weeks and could extend longer for right person, based on project load.

Work may include:
Paver patio installation
Curved paver layouts
Outdoor living spaces
Firepit areas
Sitting walls
Retaining walls
Pondless waterfalls and water features
Boulder placement
Decomposed granite pathways
Gravel pathways
Drainage-aware grading
Base prep and compaction
Planting bed integration
Outdoor lighting support
Drip irrigation support
Commercial gravel spreading and grading
Skid steer support and job site prep

You should have experience with some or all of the following:
Pavers
Wall block
Firepits
Water features / pondless waterfalls
Base gravel and compaction
Plate compactors
Cutting pavers/block
Laser levels / string lines
Grading and drainage
Boulders and natural stone
Commercial gravel yard prep
Working safely around equipment

This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for people who understand quality hardscape construction and can work professionally on high-end residential and commercial jobs.

Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic

Ability to show up on time
Ability to lift 60lbs and work outdoors
Professional attitude
Real hardscape or landscape construction experience
Ability to follow directions and work safely
