- Completes essential administrative duties including timesheets, scheduling, job costing, material tracking, and daily progress reports while keeping office time minimal to remain present in the field.
- Conducts routine walkthroughs to identify deficiencies, verify quality, ensure contract compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, miniexcavators, and irrigation tools, ensuring safe and effective use.
- Monitors and restocks materials (mulch, plants, seed, fertilizer, irrigation parts), tracks inventory levels, and assists with ordering to ensure crews have what they need daily.
- Follows and enforces OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, equipment safety protocols, and environmental standards to maintain a safe job site.
- Responds promptly to urgent site needs such as storm damage, irrigation failures, safety hazards, or afterhours calls to protect client property and maintain service continuity.
