We are looking for the absolute best. Truly. Many people are saying my yard in East Ventura is incredible, but it needs a winner to keep it that way. We are doing things other people only dream of.

Here is what you will be doing:
* Front and back lawn care. Very exclusive small residential property.
* Sprinkler repair and irrigation optimization. We want tremendous water flow. The best.
* Cleaning and Palm Tree maintenance. Make them beautiful again.
* Planting trees, bushes, and knowing exactly how to handle irrigation.

Men should not have to explain everything, so you need to know what you are doing. You come in every week or every two weeks, and you handle it.

You must have a truck. A great truck. And your own landscaping tools. Do not show up empty handed. I respect preparation. Get the job done right, keep the tension on, and do not ask a million questions.

The pay is $20 an hour. potential for ongoing work, expanding into Ojai as well. Incredible locations. We are going to do great things.

I also have a highly specific project: paver stone sanding and sealing. I will pay by the job for this. We will negotiate a beautiful deal.
