Trainee for permanent position as Lead Maintenance Technician. You will eventually be responsible for all of the lawn maintenance on approximately 30 yards per week. Starting pay $20 per hour 1099. 90 days raise commensurate with progress. Must have good driving record and be able to communicate with customers on the job sites.
