Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 / Hour (overtime opportunities)

Requirements
1.Valid drivers license (required) with clean driving record preferred
2.Spanish/English bilingual (strong communication required in both languages)
3.Prior experience in commercial landscape maintenance (required)
4.Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
5.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
6.Ability to follow schedules, communicate clearly, and take directions from management when needed
7.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
Responsibilities
1.Serve as the main point of contact between management and the field crew, ensuring clear communication and daily alignment
2.Lead by example in the field while training, coaching, and directing crew members to complete work to company quality standards
3.Perform daily equipment and truck checks, ensuring all tools are clean, safe, and in proper working condition
4.Maintain high-quality job performance by walking properties, correcting issues in real time, and ensuring all sites meet contract expectations
5.Monitor crew efficiency, labor hours, and job progress while communicating issues, delays, or site concerns with management (including photos when needed)
