Landscaping Crew - $16/Hour Start - Kennedale, TX (Arlington Area)

Handsome Lawn Service is hiring DEPENDABLE crew members for our Arlington/Kennedale operation.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE:

Starting pay: $16/hour as 1099 contract labor
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Performance-based raises after proven reliability
Veterans on our crew earn $22-$24/hour

THE JOB:
Mowing, edging, bush trimming, fertilization, weeding, leaf removal, mulching, and other landscape services. We only put out quality work - if you cut corners, this is not for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable transportation to 6890 Hudson Vlg Crk Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060 (Uber/Lyft do not count)
Show up at 7:30 AM sharp, Monday-Friday
Work in Texas heat (water provided)
Strong work ethic and good attitude
Landscaping experience preferred
Must pass background check
Bank account required for direct deposit
