Crew Driver/ Crew Member

Landscape laborers assist with planting, watering, mowing, trimming, pruning, and removing weeds. They operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and shovels. Their duties may also include spreading mulch, installing sod, planting trees and shrubs, cleaning outdoor spaces, and helping with irrigation systems. Landscape laborers work outdoors in various weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks that require lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, and maintain lawns.
Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and grass.
Water plants and monitor landscape health.
Trim hedges and prune trees.
Remove weeds, debris, and litter.
Apply mulch, soil, and fertilizers as directed.
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
Assist with landscape construction and installation projects.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
Basic knowledge of landscaping practices and tools.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Dependability and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Valid driver's license may be preferred by some employers.
