We are currently hiring a Seasonal Groundskeeper for our Goshen campus. This is a seasonal position with a commitment of at least 8 months (April-November), working up to 40 hours per week.

Our team plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and safety of campus. Duties may include:

Mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and general landscaping

Caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, hedges, and lawns

Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and seasonal grounds upkeep

Operating grounds equipment and tools safely

Maintaining clean and organized outdoor spaces

Working independently or alongside the grounds team on various projects

Assisting with winter snow removal as needed

What We're Looking For:

No experience required we're willing to train the right person

Valid driver's license required

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to safely perform physical work and operate equipment

Strong communication skills and professionalism

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical outdoor work including lifting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around landscaping equipment and machinery.
