Farm Laborers

Employer is looking to fill 12 Farm Laborer positions. This is a temporary, full-time, seasonal position from 7/17/2026 to 10/15/2026 in Winnemucca, NV.

Requirements: 2 months harvest experience.

Employer Note: No minimum education required. Drug screen. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

Job Duties: Irrigators will handle a high-pressure water pump and run it during the workday. They will also be
responsible for moving sprinkler pipes and opening and closing irrigation valves, ensuring all
sprinklers are working while the system is running. Irrigators will take care of sprinkles and clear
fields, roads, canals and ditches with tools and equipment to avoid flooding. Workers will also be
responsible weeding and thinning with lang-handled tools. Any hand-weeding will be intermittent and
for less than 20 percent of time.
Wash and sanitize agricultural equipment. Workers will also harvest by hand and with machines, tools
and equipment. Pack, load and handle packing boxes. Use forklift and pallet jack to load and unload
material and equipment. Workers will also operate tractors and harvest machines, which have gross
weight capacity under 26,001 lbs and do not require a commercial driver license to operate. Workers
will also pack and load materials. Driving a company vehicle may be necessary.
Workers will be planting and harvesting all crops by hand and with tools and equipment.

Hours: 35 hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Three-quarter guarantee.

Wages: $14.54 per hour, paid weekly. Employer will make all required deductions.
