General Construction & Grounds Maintenance Position

Part Time position providing maintenance and construction support services for our Business, Residential, Farm and othe Rental properties. Work will vary as construction projects usually take full days in a row and then slack periods until the next project is needed. There is normally always something that needs to be done at one of the locations. We will be providing tools, equipment, guidance and training on most all the projects. This will require some heavier lifting at times as normally experienced during construction. Hours will normally run from 12 noon till possibly dark or 8pm when we need to be working with this position due to other obligations, otherwise work hour timing will be flexible. Must have a drivers license and smart cell phone. There will be a significant amount of work until Farm Reconstruction completed, then will slow down considerably.
