Landscaper Needed

We are seeking an experienced and reliable landscaper with their own equipment to maintain the common areas and vacant lots of a well-established community in Pullman, WA. This position involves mowing, trimming, general grounds maintenance, posting community notices as needed, and providing periodic updates regarding the overall condition of the property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently, and has previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience. This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity paying $700 per month.
