Hardscape Crew Member

Dynamic Landscapes is seeking motivated and dependable Hardscape Crew Members to join our growing team. This position involves installing high-quality outdoor living spaces on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is eager to learn and grow within the landscape construction industry.

*Responsibilities*
Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, paver driveways, walkways, fire pits, outdoor living spaces, and other hardscape features
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and drainage work
Operate hand tools, compactors, saws, skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment
Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed
Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment
Follow project plans, layouts, and specifications
Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects on schedule
Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Represent Dynamic Landscapes professionally when interacting with customers and the public
