BG Staffing is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL (33716). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, walkways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as raking, sweeping, watering, and trimming
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
• Ensure the property remains clean, attractive, and wellmaintained

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and selfmotivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
