Project Estimating Supervisor
The Project Estimating Supervisor is responsible for strategically leading the project estimating functions; overseeing all aspects and team members within the department, and is ultimately responsible for productivity, process adherence, and improvement. This role is responsible for the training, coaching, development, and performance of department team members, tracking sales, and ensuring department activities are in alignment with the Estimating Manager and the company's financial and strategic goals.

Requirements
- Develop work plans, goals, provide feedback to, and direct the work of the project estimating department team members.
- Manage goals and target deadlines on the Client Care timeline.
- Prepare and review sales documents for presentation to leadership, sales, and account management.
- Develop and maintain reports targeting KPI's for various aspects of project estimating.
- Lead and support the project estimating team by delegating appropriately and assisting in daily duties as needed.
- Creates proposals & work orders in appropriate formats with all applicable terms, conditions, and warranties
- Partner with the Estimating Manager, performing various risk management activities, identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring the effects of unfortunate events and challenges within the department.
- Assess estimating tools and costs regularly and adjust as needed to ensure accurate data.
- Assists sales and the client in conceptualizing and sometimes designing projects
- Acts as a liaison between the company and subcontractors during the pricing phase of a project
- Advises planning and production departments on project scope and obligations
- Regularly coach and partner with direct reports to grow each team member to achieve their desired potential.
- Ensure department activities are aligned with the company vision, mission, and values.
- Assists in reviewing landscape production rates to increase estimating accuracy
- Helps with administrative snow functions or special projects in the winter
- Operate as a change agent, identifying opportunities to change or improve processes and leading the team effectively through those changes.

- 1-2 years of landscape install or estimating experience
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years or related experience are required
