un Now Hiring: Licensed Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician / Fertilizer (Bradenton) compensation: $25.00-35.00 Our client is a growing professional landscape maintenance company serving HOA and commercial properties. They're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, consistent, safe, and professional fertilizer, weed control, and pest applications. Position: Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician / Spray Department Lead Location: Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Sarasota, Manatee & Sarasota County service area Schedule: Full-time Pay: $25-$35/hour, based on experience and licensing Highly qualified licensed candidates may be considered for salary compensation. Responsibilities include: Apply fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides, and other turf/ornamental treatments according to label directions Identify common turf and ornamental issues, including weeds, insects, disease pressure, nutrient deficiencies, and stress conditions Perform lawn, shrub, palm, and landscape bed treatments for HOA and commercial properties Maintain accurate application records, product usage, service notes, and customer/property documentation Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, label directions, and company standards Maintain spray equipment, tanks, pumps, nozzles, spreaders, and assigned vehicle Communicate professionally with managers, crew leaders, and customers when needed Help monitor product inventory and recommend improvements to the spray program Preferred qualifications: Florida pesticide applicator license or ability to qualify Lawn & Ornamental, Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance, or related spray experience preferred Experience with St. Augustine turf, chinch bugs, weeds, palm nutrition, shrub care, and Florida landscape conditions Valid Florida driver's license with a clean/reliable driving record Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written programs and label instructions Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Steady full-time work Professional company environment Branded uniforms and equipment Opportunity to grow into a lead role as the spray division expands Work with a company focused on quality, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships To apply, please send your name, phone number, work history, licensing information, and a short description of your spray/fertilizer experience. ... post id: ...
