Join our growing team as a Landscape and hardscape Design Sales Representative and help clients bring their dream backyards to life across the Grand Strand! Elite Coastal Landscaping, located in Little River, SC, is a premier landscape and hardscape design and installation company. We specialize in creating stunning outdoor spaces across the Myrtle Beach area from Ocean Isle to Pawleys Island. Our projects range from luxury backyard transformations to commercial hardscape installations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Meet with homeowners and business clients to understand their landscape and hardscape goals. Providing excellent customer service.

Provide design insight, inspiration, and recommendations for patios, outdoor kitchens, pavers, lighting, retaining walls, plantings, and more. Visit our website to see the products and services we offer and have experience with them. elitecoastallandscaping.com

Create detailed project proposals using tablets and sales software with pricing, timelines, and needed materials. Knowledge of LMN software is preferred, but we are willing to train.

Knowledge of plot plans, state/city regulations, permits, and HOA approvals as required.

Proven sales history and follow up with leads, close deals, and upsell additional products if applicable.

Collaborate with the design software team and project managers to ensure a smooth handoff.

Maintain CRM records and make more money with bonuses, hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outdoor living sales, landscape/hardscape design, construction sales, or related fields. Architects and horticultural experience are a plus, but not required.

Knowledge of products and services used for jobs such as Belgard and SiteOne products.

Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Ability to read, discuss, and create basic design plans and material options.

Know how to use sales software using a tablet. Familiarity with LMN software is preferred, but we are willing to train.

Comfortable meeting clients at homes, job sites, or showrooms.

Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and closing deals.

Proven sales and closing history.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
