WHAT YOULL DO:

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
• Read and interpret plans, ensuring proper execution of construction elements
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality assurance, and site readiness
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solution
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• 4-5 years experience in landscape construction
• Proven experience in landscape construction, including hardscape, retaining walls, water features, irrigation, and planting
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for team inclusivity
