We have been in business since 1949 family owned Landscape desgin / build Retail Garden Center Inground concrete pools design / build Orchard Snow plowing Lawn Care Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences - Develop landscape design plans, including hardscape and softscape elements - Create detailed drawings, sketches, and models using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit - Select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project - Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs - Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Provide ongoing maintenance recommendations for landscapes Experience : - Proven experience in landscape design and project management - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit - Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and materials suitable for different climates and environments - Familiarity with hardscape design principles and techniques - Ability to create detailed drawings, sketches, and models to communicate design concepts - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to landscaping projects - Experience working with contracts and drafting legal documents related to landscape design projects Job Type : Full-time Pay: DOE Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Education: Associate (Required) Ability to Relocate: Appleton, WI 54915: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location : In person
