Groundskeeper

This position is responsible for overseeing the grounds keeping staff while also maintaining the physical condition of the property and grounds. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
• Oversee grounds keeping staff to ensure high standards are always being met
• Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Always complies with company safety policy

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong initiative

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible scheduled when needed
