Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Landscape Estimator position include: Minimum of 3 years' experience specifically in commercial landscaping estimating Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Microsoft Excel required Experience working at a larger commercial landscape company strongly preferred Perform takeoffs and estimating for large-scale commercial landscape/irrigation projects in CA and NV Collaborate with team to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget adherence No residential estimating - must understand commercial project nuances and requirements Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handoff from estimate to execution Opportunities for growth into a Senior Estimator role for the right candidate Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
