This position works under the supervision of the Plant Services Manager. Keeps the grounds, entrances, courtyards, and exits, of the building clean and presentable. Empties exterior trash receptacles on a regular basis.

EXPERIENCE: * Ability to read, write legibly, understand, and follow oral and written English instruction. * The ability to communicate and interact effectively with others. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma as accredited by the US Department of Education or GED and experience required. * California Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
