Landscaping Foreman with Drivers License

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our landscaping team. This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership and physical fieldwork. The Foreman will work directly alongside crew members while also overseeing daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Work side-by-side with the crew on landscaping tasks including installation, maintenance, and clean-up
Lead and supervise crew members to ensure productivity and quality of work
Communicate with the owner and office staff about project progress and needs
Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times

Requirements:
Experience in landscaping or a related field
Willingness and ability to perform physical labor daily
Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
