As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our grounds while delivering exceptional service to our residents. Job Overview: As a Groundskeeper for our apartment complex in challenging neighborhoods, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas of the property with a strong emphasis on accountability and legendary customer service. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents. Job Responsibilities: Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas. Remove litter, debris, pet waste, and hazardous materials from the grounds to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address landscaping-related maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or multifamily housing environment. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
