Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Positive attitude and a great work ethic

Maintenance tech, landscaping, or other service-related experience is a major plus!

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule : 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM , five days on and two days off. Weekend shifts include a pay differential .

As our Morning Grounds Maintenance Specialist - Street Sweeper, you'll begin your day operating a sweeper vehicle to clean streets and parking lots. You'll also work on foot to pick up litter, address minor safety concerns, and ensure public areas are well-maintained. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will help keep Kansas City looking its best.
