What You'll Do:

As an IHT Clinician, you will provide therapy and support services to children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges and their families. Using a team-based, trauma-informed model of care, you'll deliver family therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and care coordination to help youth remain safely in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Deliver psychoeducation and crisis management to support family stabilization
  • Coordinate care with other service providers and community resources
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapeutic training and support staff
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process and build trusting relationships with children and caregivers

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's Degree in a mental health field (required)
  • Independent licensure or license-eligible and actively working toward licensure (required)
  • Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families (required)
