Groundskeeper to High Profile/UHNW Family

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Groundskeeper/Handyman to support the upkeep and functionality of multiple luxury homes in Coral Gables and Miami Beach, FL for an UHNW family. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and skilled in general maintenance, with a can-do attitude and strong network of local vendors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic household environment and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in private estates or luxury properties Skilled in general repairs, including power washing, window cleaning, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge Excellent time management and the ability to work unsupervised Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Experience coordinating and overseeing vendors (landscapers, pool, pest control, etc.) Comfortable working around children and pets Open to occasional travel, including to New York Flexible availability for weekend support when needed Responsibilities: Maintain and clean property grounds, including walkways, patios, and outdoor furniture Perform light repairs, handyman tasks, and exterior maintenance such as power washing and window cleaning Coordinate with and supervise external vendors for landscaping, pest control, and pool services Prepare the home for guests and events, including setup and cleanup Maintain inventory of tools and ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order Identify and report major repair needs to the estate manager or principals Assist with light errands and occasional requests from household staff or principals Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Flexibility to work weekends as needed Compensation: $70,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience Full benefits included Location: Miami Beach, FL Occasional travel to New York required
