Landscaper/ Groundskeeper

Aloha,

Were a small family-run Botanical Garden and Arboretum (30 acres) located on the Road to Hana, open daily to the public. Were looking for 12 hard-working, grounded individuals to join our team.

This is a hands-on role focused on land care, maintenance, and contributing to a positive guest experience. We are committed to sustainable and educational land stewardship.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Grounds maintenance: trimming, pruning, weed whacking, invasive species control, overgrowth clearing

- Use of tools such as chain saws, pole saws, pruners, sickles, etc.

- General property upkeep and detailing

- Light carpentry or mechanical repairs (a plus, not a requirement)

Qualifications:

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

- Familiarity with basic landscaping tools

- Reliable, insured vehicle (we are located 20 minutes past Twin Falls)

- Mechanical/carpentry skills and plant knowledge are highly desirable

- Must be self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

- No tolerance for drugs, alcohol, or drama

- Background check required
