Landscape construction crew leaders are integral pieces to a team responsible for the execution of residential and commercial landscaping projects. Compensation is dependent on previous experience.

You’ll be doing these things mostly:

- Creating a plan for the team

- Showing the team what quality looks like

- Managing the crews time in our time clock software

- Learning best practices via online training, conferences, etc.

- Reviewing team hours and job costs to ensure job is on track

- Checking tools and equipment to ensure maintenance is kept up

- Working outside and smelling the fresh air of Utah

Things you’ve gotta have:

- 5+ years landscape construction experience

- Valid driver's license in the United States

- Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs.

- Be able to pass a drug test and background check

- HUGE plus if you speak/write/read Spanish and English

- Live within 30 minutes of Orem/Provo (where we do 95% of our work)
