Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Location: 1000 Amble Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start time

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Landscape Crew Member , you are the face of our outdoor services. Our Landscapers take pride in their craft to ensure every client site looks pristine. Your daily tasks as a Groundskeeper will include:

• Operating equipment for grass cutting, weedeating, and edging.

• Enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs.

• Collaborating with your team to complete daily routes efficiently.

• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor to keep our sites beautiful.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: 1-3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: A consistent 7:00 AM start time is vital for our crew’s success.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
