Tractor Operator

We are seeking highly professional and skilled Tractor Operors. The Tractor Operor will be responsible for the operion of heavy equipment in a public setting.

Wh would my responsibilities be?

• Safe operions of 100+ horsepower tractor and bwing cutter.
• Daily monitoring and maintenance of tractor and bwing cutter.
• Keen sense of surroundings, with ability to work safely by paying close tention to traffic and potentially hazardous ground conditions (steep slopes, wet ground, erosion, debris, and potential damage to property or the tractor and implement).
• Follow ALL traffic laws and regulions. Utilize Mowing Ahead signs as required on servicing roadways.
• Contribute to our safety culture by tending and actively participing in weekly safety trainings. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communice safety issues to the team.

Requirements

• Legal authorizion to work in the United Stes
• Ability to maintain tractor and implements by checking fluids, cleaning dust filters, greasing, and cleaning tractor of debris daily.
• Ability to use training and stay levelheaded in high pressure situions, including steep slopes and high traffic areas.
• Ability to use proper mowing techniques to work efficiently and safely.
• Displays safe roadway transport driving ability.
• Demonstres ability to opere tractor and bwing.
• Must have reliable transportion to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) a plus
• Strong English communicion skills. Spanish a plus
