Benefits of a Landscaping Technician Benefits after 60 days Health, Vision, Dental insurance Temp to Hire positions. 7am-3:30pm M-F Responsibilities of Landscaping Technician : Manage assigned daily route s. Proper operation of landscaping equipment Perform weekly lawn mowing and maintenance in assigned areas. Clean areas using rakes, brooms, and blowers. Minor repairs to landscaping equipment. Communicate within crews to maintained efficient operation. Requirements for Landscaping Technician : Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written) Excellent interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, friendly, positive attitude) Strong customer relations skills (build rapport and confidence) Professional demeanor Awareness of landscaping equipment Awareness of statutory regulations Excellent organizational skills (follow up and follow through) Flexible work schedule: i.e., work 45-50 hours per week, some evenings and weekends required.
