Pay & hours - $24-$28/hour for skilled hardscape laborers if you bring strong experience and a valid driver's license. - Average 55-60 hours/week during the season - Seasonal role from ASAP through November 30, 2026 - Overtime available and expected What's covered - Travel to Michigan paid for you - Housing arranged at $90/week deducted from your check Work you'll do - Help build high-end hardscapes, including pools and concrete work - Lay stone, brick, concrete, and pavers - Cut pavers and hardscape materials using wet saws and angle grinders - Prep and grade base (gravel, sand) for proper drainage and level surfaces - Install edging, borders, and retaining features What you need - Must be a U.S. citizen - Must have a valid driver's license (clean MVR required for the higher-pay driver spots) - Experience in pool building and concrete (this is a must) - Experience safely using cutting and shaping tools (saws, grinders, etc.) - Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs Who we are - Rally Labor helps experienced workers get into steady seasonal jobs with travel and housing lined up before you leave home.
